Most twenty-year-olds spend their weekends hanging out with friends, or pulling all-nighters playing video games. Not me. When I was twenty, I stayed up several nights in a row for an entirely different reason. I wanted to make sure I had done enough practice tests and committed enough information to memory to be able to recite the most important sections of Colorado’s Contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate for my test the next day. I passed all exams with near perfect scores on my first attempt.

Within 30 business days of receiving my license I had already helped my first clients purchase a beautiful bungalow in Congress Park and I still remember the feeling on that day. This was my calling.

A few years before this, when I moved to Colorado, I was working as a glorified salesman slanging personal training packages for a big box gym. And boy was I good at it! I quickly became the youngest Fitness Manager in state history, while trying to finish a bachelor's degree online. It was draining. I was not selling something I believed in, and longed for something more. I always knew I would manage and invest in real estate and decided the best way to do this would be to become a REALTOR® and gain the knowledge necessary, while selling something I 100% believe in!

Now, as an accomplished investor, top 5% Realtor in the Denver Metro, and mentor with NAV Real Estate, I would argue it was the second best decision I ever made. The first was the decision, against all odds, to marry my high school sweetheart!

I am a proud husband to my stunning wife Abigayle, and a goofy daddy to my little girl, Cara Blake (and another little one due in May!). They are the reason I work so incredibly hard to put families in THE home that meets all of their needs.

We love to travel. My daughter, being the only little girl I know who flew on a dozen airplanes before turning one, loves sandy beaches the most! We get away when we can, but more importantly, we come HOME.

Our home is our constant, and our comfort. It is where we begin every morning with love and excitement and it is what I provide others every single day.
